Sun N Fun 2009
Date: August 22 - 23, 2009
Location: Hermann Park, Houston, Texas
Additional Information:
Sun 'N Fun 2009 is the seventh annual fun run hosted by the SubCommittee's SubRon 5. A competition-free event, the run is open to SubRon 5 members and all other interested bubbleheads.
Hermann Park is located in the museum district of Houston, Texas. The running area will be the Mary Gibbs and Jesse H. Jones Reflection Pool. The pool measures 740 feet long and 80 feet wide. It has sculpted stone edges, clear water, and a "white water" cascade on the north end. Both sides of the Pool are flanked by alleys of mature live oak trees. You are encouraged to bring your boats, running or not. We'd love to see your current project!

Announcing the 18th Annual SubCommittee SubRegatta hosted by SubComEast and the Indy Admirals.
We are pleased to announce that the date has been set for SubRegatta 2009 which will be hosted by SubComEast and the Indy Admirals.
SubRegatta 2009 will be held August 8-9, 2009 at the Carmel City Reflecting Pond ~ Veteran’s Memorial Park located at 802 3rd Ave SW, Carmel, Indiana 46032
